Wholesale Application Agreement


By submitting this application, you confirm that:


You operate a legitimate business and agree to provide a valid business registration number upon request.


You understand that all wholesale orders require a 10‑unit minimum with full mix‑and‑match allowed across fragrances.


You agree to maintain the luxury brand integrity of 4 The Ladies and will not discount below MSRP without written approval.


You acknowledge that all products are compliant with Health Canada regulations and will be sold as‑is without modification.

Submitting this form serves as your agreement to all terms listed above.
